             Medical coding is a process of transforming healthcare diagnosis, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes.

               Medical Coders use a set of previously published codes. These codes are ICD, CPT and HCPCS. These codes must be accurate as they make up the whole payment purpose. These codes generated are later billed to insurance companies to claim insurance for payment.

                 Respiratory tuberculosis, or TB, is a contagious and potentially fatal infection of the lungs that can spread from person to person through the air. It is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is one of the most common infectious diseases in the world. Symptoms of TB can include a productive cough, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, fever, and weight loss. Treatment for TB typically involves a combination of antibiotics and other medications.
