                   Medical Coding is the conversion of healthcare procedures like diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, equipment used and other medical services done by a healthcare professional or a doctor on a patient into universal alphanumeric codes. These codes are later billed to insurance companies to claim insurance for the payment purposes. Medical coders use a set of recognised codes for the coding purposes namely, ICD, CPT and HCPCS.

• Development of a yellow-white tip that eventually ruptures and allows the pus to drain out.
